ECS was formed in May 2007 and by the middle of June of that year the firm had completed its first significant deal, an £8.5m equity investment acting for a pan-European private equity syndicate.
Our UK investor client base includes private equity investors, venture capital trusts, angel syndicates and banks we are now the preferred UK adviser for a range of overseas investors when they are executing UK investment transactions or carrying out investment portfolio work. This increasing international outlook expands our investor contact base and extends our reach for fundraising projects for our own investee clients’ benefit.
Our expertise is in corporate deal negotiation/execution and the provision of commercially savvy legal advice with the sole aim of achieving each client’s objectives in a workmanlike and professional manner with the minimum of fuss.
